The laws of the State of Wisconsin shall govern Your use of the Site and You hereby agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wausau, Wisconsin.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AiP OR CONTRIBUTORS TO THE SITE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, AND DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE ARISING AS A RESULT OF AiP'S PROVISION OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE INFORMATION VIA THE SITE EVEN IN THE EVENT THAT AiP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The following provisions apply to information AiP learns about or obtains from You when You visit the Site. AiP's use of information gathered or obtained now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of such use.
What We Collect
AiP receives and stores any information You enter on the Site or provide in any other manner. This may include, but is not limited to, Your personally identifiable information, such as Your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. You can choose not to provide information, but then certain feature of the Site may not be available to You. AiP uses the information that You provide to respond to Your requests for information, improving the products and services AiP's offer, and communicating with You.
AiP receives and stores certain types of information whenever You visit the Site. In addition to information You provide, AiP may collect the name of the domain and host from which You access the Internet; the IP address of the computer You are using; and the browser and operating system You are using; the date and time You access the Site; and the Internet address of the Website from which You linked to the Site.
How We Use Information
AiP uses the information You provide and AiP collects to:
·         Administer the Site and diagnose problems with AiP's server;

·         Provide You with information about the Site;
·         Measure the number of visitors to the Site and how the Site is used, in order to make the Site as useful as possible to AiP's visitors; and
·         Provide authorities or relevant individuals with information related to the Site as required by law.
Sharing Information
AiP will not provide Your personally identifiable information to anyone accept as required to directly provide information You request through the Site. AiP may aggregate data about visitors to AiP's website in a non-identifiable manner and use it for a variety of purposes. For example, AiP may aggregate data for product development and improvement activities. However, it is important to note that no personally identifiable information is available or used in this process. AiP may utilize information You provide to promote the products or services of strategic partners, but will not directly provide Your information to these strategic partners for promotional purposes.
Security
The Site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information under AiP's control. 
Compliance with COPPA
The Site is not directed at children under the age of 13. AiP complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and does not knowingly permit registration or submission of personally identifiable information by anyone under 13 years of age. This age requirement is posted each time AiP requests personally identifiable information.
Subpoenas
AiP does not disclose the identities of visitors or users of the Site unless legally required to do so. AiP will respond to any subpoena received from a government agency (i.e., the Securities and Exchange Commission or law enforcement agencies) without prior notice to You. Unless prohibited by law or by a valid court order, AiP will notify You of any subpoena received from any other party (i.e., for civil litigation) which requires AiP to disclose Your identity, and will wait ten (10) days, or a lesser amount of time as required by the deadline in the subpoena, before providing the information requested by the subpoena.
